Yeah, if the approach to Drugs was a 180 degree switch compared to what they do on episodes of COPS (At least the old ones I'm watching), then it would be better... It seems like half the people running or fleeing in Cars only have a little bit of Weed or something like that, and they don't want to go back to Prison... It is just idiotic considering how many people were hurt by fleeing vehicles... It must have been a lot.
Confiscation of the Drugs followed up by mandatory counseling should work, if they were told a no show would mean a warrant like every other no show... The other reason I would want every Drug legal is because it would shut down the Cartels. Lots of the MJ growers stopped because of lots of States going legal.
Weed is 100% Legal here also, and I haven't seen any Zombies on street corners or anything. I also don't smell it anywhere, but I'm not near a "Factory"... Weed was only universally Illegal because of the massive health benefits. There was never any "Don't do Crack" commercials, it was always Anti-Weed.
