Can anyone identify whether this is still live mold on the wooden beam in my basement?

In my basement, there was some green discoloration and white spots on one of the large wooden beams (nowhere else in the basement, basement is generally pretty dry and I run a dehumidifier all the time.) Believing the discolorations to be mold, I treated them with various recommended agents, including vinegar, Borax, some commercial mold killer preparations, etc. Now what is left is yellow spots (as in photos) and these will not go away. Does anyone know what this is, and what action I should take, if any? Thanks a lot!

The pattern looks look a foot print from when the house was being built. Get a mold test at your home center and check it to be sure.
